A very attractive Victorian Gate House to an old estate converted into dwelling with a substantial extension keeping its charming character and high quality of the original design.

A full new development for a sports pavilion briefed and commissioned by the community of Penllergaer.

An ordinary farm barn converted into a holiday cottage in keep with the attractive surrounding area.
